What we collect

When you book

Your name, email address, and the answers you give in the booking form, such as what your business does, its size, and the question you'd like help with. If you choose to give us a phone number, we collect that too.

When you pay

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the payment, including your name, the amount, the date, and the last four digits and brand of your card. We never receive or store your full card number.

During sessions

Recordings and transcripts of calls and sessions, collected with your consent as described in our policies, plus any documents or information you choose to share with us.

When you visit our website

Basic, anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are visited, collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites. The booking tools embedded on our site may set their own cookies, as described in their privacy policies.

How we use it

• To schedule, prepare for and run your sessions.
• To prepare your written deliverables, such as your Action Brief, 90-day plan or project work.
• To process payments, issue receipts and handle refunds or billing questions.
• To contact you about your bookings and engagement, including reminders and follow-ups.
• To keep the records we need for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and to resolve disputes.

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it or rent it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only as much as each needs to do its job:

• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Calendly and Luma, for scheduling and registration.
• Google Workspace, for email, video calls, recordings and document storage.
• Cloudflare, for hosting this website.
• Our delivery team, who work on projects under Radzberry's direction and are bound by the same confidentiality obligations we are.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights in a legal or billing dispute.

Office Hours are group sessions. Anything you say in the session, and the session recording, is shared with the other attendees of that session.

AI-assisted tools

We use AI-assisted tools, including transcription and drafting tools, to help prepare your deliverables faster. We use business-grade services for this work, and every deliverable is reviewed by a person before it reaches you. We don't submit your information to tools that use it to train publicly available AI models.

How long we keep it

Recordings and transcripts are kept and deleted on the schedule set out in our policies. Booking details and deliverables are kept for as long as we're working with you and for a reasonable period afterward. Payment and billing records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

• Access and correction. Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your information. We'll do so except where we're required to keep it for tax, accounting or legal reasons, or to resolve an open billing dispute.
• Emails. We only email you about your bookings and engagement. If we ever send anything broader, every message will include a way to opt out.

We keep your information secure using reputable providers, access controls and two-factor authentication. Our services are intended for adults running businesses and aren't directed at anyone under 18.
